Communication & Marketing Manager
Karinna graduated in Social Communication/Journalism from the Federal University of Viçosa in Brazil and has a master’s degree in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication (UPF-BSM). She began her career in the field of marketing and found her purpose in environmental communication by working at a think tank in the United States as responsible for the dissemination of scientific research on climate emergencies. She also has experience in the strategic communication of environmental NGOs in Brazil where she contributed to promote science and innovation by developing actions in tropical biomes.
With her versatility, passion and commitment, at Science for Change she coordinates SfC’s communication and marketing team and is the ENJOI project manager and leads the PerCientEx project at SfC.
