Miguel is a chemist from the University of Zaragoza. After a first experience in the chemical industry, he decided to specialize in environmental issues and took a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Energy Sustainability (Universitat Rovira i Virgili). During the master he received a BIDI scholarship where he carried out research on bioplastics and waste recovery.

He has always been interested in the social problems of the present, and a clear example of this is that he is currently studying a master’s degree in International Cooperation issues.

Convinced that we all have a scientist inside, he helps the Science for Change team in the field of citizen science. Miguel collaborates in the development and improvement of the OdourCollect application, as well as in the European projects HOOP and Cos4Cloud, and as project manager of the ANERIS project.
