Lawyer and graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad Diego Portales (Chile), PhD candidate and Master in Legal Sciences from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. He also has postgraduate studies in Environment and Sustainable Development at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His main areas of interest are constitutional law and citizen participation.

Vicente has worked as a lawyer and as a researcher in different academic, public and private institutions. He has published extensively in various areas, including human rights, climate change, constitutional law and institutional design.
Based on his conviction that citizen participation processes are fundamental to improve the quality of decision-making, he seeks to promote the development of public policies informed by scientific evidence produced jointly with citizens.
