Do you want to collaborate in the preservation of the quiet areas of your city?
We invite you to participate in the first of three workshops that will take place in Manresa, where you’ll discover how the combination of active listening and citizen science can contribute to the preservation of quiet soundscapes.
How can we achieve it? Through the new citizen science app SoundCollect.
Therefore, in this first workshop, we will talk about the SoundCollect project, and we’ll discuss on topics such as citizen science and acoustics. We will do calibration exercises for your mobile device and we can start mapping the sounds of the city.
