Lali holds a degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, although her career has led her into management and organisation, which is her true passion. She has over four years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives. Her experience in companies from very different sectors, from startups to large multinationals, has given her a global view of the business and led her to work closely with senior leadership. In these roles she has coordinated cross-functional projects, redesigned internal processes and introduced action-tracking systems. At Science For Change, she supports the CEO in managing her calendar and the day-to-day activity of the leadership office.
