Sergi López holds a PhD in Sociology (2023), a Master in Participation and Local Policies (2013) and a BA in Sociology (2012) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He worked for two years in several projects linked to the UAB, where he began to strengthen his interest in research. Subsequently, he worked for 8 years in a Public Research Organisation (CIEMAT), where he also developed his doctoral thesis. He has research experience in different projects, both national and international, which have included the social perception of environmental and technological risk, social reactions to technologies and sustainable behaviour.

At Science For Change, Sergi brings his knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative research, to be applied in social, environmental and health projects, including GOLIAT and AMUSENS.
